"I was a regular and booked an appointment to have my nails done which was confirmed back to me. When I arrived for my appointment I could see that they had lots of customers there and not enough staff. I was nevertheless told to sit down but after that nobody engaged with me and took a client ahead of me who was waiting but without an appointment. I ended up leaving after 25 minutes as I felt silly sitting there with an appointment but no indication from the staff when I would be seen. I will not be back as I wasted my time with no result."

"First time visiting last week Saturday to get dip powder on my natural nails. They removed the previous application I had. The gentleman who did it filed exactly the shape I wanted and the thinness I preferred. One week later and everything still in tact so pretty pleased."

"Got a cold response when I visited. Sign outside said walk ins welcome so I went in to enquire. When I got in, there was no acknowledgement that a customer had come in. After an awkward moment of me standing without being greeted or noticed, a staff looked up and asked me what i wanted. I needed my nails done but she said no availability and i left but will not be going back as I was not made to feel welcome at all."
