"I went to get a Balayage at this salon. They completely ruined my hair. My natural hair is black and I asked for a subtle dark brown balayage. The hairdresser left me with orange hair! Left me looking like a bumble bee. When I complained they offered to redo my hair after 3 days. I had my housewarming party the next day and couldn't wait for days to have my hair corrected. I ended up paying a lot of money to get my hair fixed. I asked Toni and Guy for a refund and they refused! Do not go to this salon. They have incompetent staff and will not be accomodating when things go wrong. I have attached a photo of what they did to my hair. A very distressing experience."

Must say the service and professionalism at South Woodford T&G is exceptional. Right from start to end the staff took care of my service like a pro and made sure I was comfortable throughput the sessions. Lou was extremely professional yet friendly and was so open about what and how should I take care of my hair. She did fantastic job with my colour and hair cut which was just exactly what I was looking for! Top of it the cappuccino coffee was just what I needed after I had 35mins to let the colour on :) Wonderful experience and a satisfied customer!!"
