"Called to ask for help for an unknown injured cat in the middle of the night. Nowhere else I could get through to had an ambulance. Wouldn't come unless I paid 80 pound. I think this poor cat was a stray and I didn't have 80 pounds sadly to help. Said they 'legally? Needed payment or couldn't come and help the poor thing! Money money money glad my dog isn't registered here"
"My puppy was hit in his eye area during play. I called this place for an emergency appointment because they were listed as my regular vet's preferred partner for emergencies. In 5 minutes I was registered and given directions. When I arrived, the receptionist was attentive and was clearly expecting me. I didn't have to wait longer than 10 minutes before I was seen by Angelika and her team, who were very welcoming and attentive. Judging by my puppy's reaction he clearly took a liking to her! It was a pleasant surprise that I was charged significantly less than the amount that was quoted on the phone, but that might be because I went during "day hours"."
"Phoned this place in a panic, absolutely sobbing my heart out that my cat was dying in front of me. The woman on the phone kept losing her patience and told me numerous times I needed to stop crying then told me I couldn't come here as I wasn't registered. Clearly a veterinary centre only concerned with money. No sympathy, no help, just an impatient woman who was as unhelpful as a chocolate teapot. Phoned another vets and straight away they said 'bring him in'. Sadly he passed away whilst I was on the phone. If you want help in a crisis I wouldn't bother coming here. The other vets added my cat to their system even though he had just passed away. They were absolutely brilliant and as soon as I walked in they saw to us straight away."
"We had to use MiNightVet's emergency service as our elderly gerbil suddenly became very poorly and we didn't want to leave him overnight to deteriorate. The vet and receptionist were very kind and compassionate and we were very grateful that they were able to see us in the middle of the night so our little friend didn't suffer."
