"Extremely rude pharmacist and poor service. The customer behind me said she was going over to Tesco. When I said to the pharmacist that I would not just ignore customers, she said 'well I can'. Apparently she can do whatever she wants, total lack of customer service skills. She could have just said to customers in the queue that she would be with them shortly. I too went over to Tesco pharmacy. Staff were great, friendly and quick service."

"awful service. the staff is rude, went there to pick up a prescription and they had two records for my name, waited patiently for them to sort the prescription out which was unready even though, had been sent of from the medical surgery days in advance. However , this whole experience was made even more unpleasant by the poor , hostile attitude of the staff extremely unhelpful and overall just lazy , standing around chatting away and unresponsive. definitely a more hassle free experience with other better pharmacies like tesco"
