"Had the most amazing experience at the Chapel in Sevenoaks today with Wayne. My hair needed so much TLC and he restored it back to a point I didn't think was possible. The staff were amazing greeting me with a glass of warm apple juice on a very icy cold December morning. See you in a couple of months guys. Thanks again!"

"I was running a little late and called in advance to ask if that was OK. I was told it was. On arrival I was told I now couldn't be seen although there was 30 mins left on my appointment and all I needed was a quick trim. I explained that it is my mother's funeral tmrw and could the please see me quickly and I was rudely declined. In my experience, no personal touch and didn't bother to make the effort to fit me in. I was running late but had called ahead to explain a road had closed and was told it still OK to come."

I have never been this happy with my hair, which is really thick and wavey (read: unmanageable if not done right)! The whole experience at The Chapel is also a treat - the Guest Relations team are responsive and friendly and the location is really cool."
