"Customer service good with a pleasant barber. However I was told over the phone my cut was 12 pounds and because I got a shave on my face got charged 18 pound which was a but cheeky to bump the price like that. I got an afro cut but the levels are all off terrible cut I now have to go to my regular barber to fix because my levels are all way off. All in all nice barber very pleasant but over charged and hair cut was poor with levels off meaning I now have to go to another barber to fix my hair."
