"My stylist was Lenole, assisted by Teegan (sp?). I'd had a consultation 2 weeks prior and decided to go for a Texture Release. I hadn't been to a salon for years because of bad experiences but I'm always ready to try again and I'm glad I did. The salon is very clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. The music was good vibes without being overwhelming. Once we got started on my hair, I was never left sitting around alone, doing nothing while my stylist was off doing someone else's hair or having lunch etc. Customer Service is very good and I feel Lenole is extremely experienced and knowledgeable. I didn't experience any discomfort during the process and I'm very happy with the results. I have high density but fine strands so I was concerned about my straight hair looking flat or lifeless but it's very flowy with good body. I'm not intending to use much heat myself at home and I'll update my review once I've done my first wash at home. I highly recommend this salon ."

"I had a silk press and trim. The stylist Aniya was very attentive and explained what she was doing every step throughout the process. She gave personalised advice and recommended products based on my hair type. I loved the final result. All the staff were friendly. I definitely recommend and I will be back in the future!"

I Had Keely do my hair and was excellent, able to tell me any problems with my hair, my hair type and the best way to care for my hair. I had a wash and blow dry which Ania executed very well my hair was cut which was styled after. I have already booked my next appointment. Very lovely experience."

I was offered refreshments and was always asked if I felt comfortable and was happy with everything. All the staff were great and getting my hair shampooed was so so amazing.
