"For the price I had to pay I was extremely disappointed. I had a closure and bundles. My plaits were loose and I asked her and her daughter to tighten them and they didn’t do it tight enough. Then I asked for my closure to be laid as flat as it can be and it started lifting within a week. I’m not used to my hair be this poorly done. It felt rushed. I think it’s because there is one main hairdresser and she is just rushing around trying to finish everyone’s hair and for the price we are paying we should be happy with our hair for at least 2 weeks."
