"The way I was spoken to was utterly rude and not nice. Went to get a haircut from the women who works everyday except on mondays, having a normal chat and she was talking about the meaning of her first name, so asked her about her surname and its meaning did not know that certain people would take offence to this and regarding the context of the conversation so I asked. But she absolutely pounced on me with her words telling me this is not the way to speak, and it's not part of her culture to tell so I instantly apologized as I did not want her to be annoyed as it was clear she was and did not want her to take it in a wrong way, but right after the haircut she would not let it go, telling me "you do not speak nice, you are very rude to ask this, I know the way you think", but I kept saying I did not know that you would take offence as I never had someone take offence to this question. In the way she explained is what I did not like felt like she overreacted and was rude in her tone, she should not have spoken this way and could have explained better in a mannered way to a customer. Furthermore, asked her to then check the back of my hair with the mirror and "she told me go home and check it I have already showed it" when I do not remember her showing me at first, very rude. Even If she was having a bad day should not have spoken like this at all. After those comments as expected I told her she was very rude and you have taken my words in a wrong way and apologized again, felt I had to due to her confronting manner. Will not be coming to this shop again, felt no respect as a customer even as a person with the way she spoke."
