"Darren did a terrible job with my colour . I specifically said I didn't want stripes of colour and wanted a natural look. As soon as my hair dried I saw awful stripes and said I didn't like them and it was the opposite of what I had asked for (see photo) Both he and Gary tried to convince me the stripes would fade and blend..they didn't. I had to go to another hairdresser to have the colour corrected and when she lifted my hair she was shocked at the way the colour had been applied (see photos) A very disappointing experience and I would not recommend."
