"Having read the reviews I was excited to visit this place but the outcome was so disappointing. I asked the hairdresser if she’d be able to give me the same style she had. She agreed. Nothing in terms of my hair changed she literally just cut the ends. I paid £49 just to have the ends cut and minimal thinning. I won’t be going again it really did not live up to the reviews!"

I often change my hair style and colour, and they always give me a style that is similar to my inspiration, but tailored to flatter me, and it still looks great as it grows out. "Very difficult to book but great reviews so decided to give it a go for a blow dry. I walk in pretty excited and I am asked what sort of hair style I‘d like. I say natural. So he asked”no straightener???”Personally I believe that hair stylists should very rarely use those tools as their ability should be expressed by hands and brush techniques. Anyway I receive a very uncomfortable wash with a non-anticipated incredibly deep neck massage.I thought I had my spine disconnected! Maybe someone might enjoy it but it would be good practice to let the customer know if you are about to pull their head of 20 cm! A very quick wash( I have long hair/shampoo wasn’t washed out properly). Then the blow dry. A flat plastic brush for a max of 5 mins . Entire regions of my hair not dried or treated.No one asked if I liked the result. No finishing spray or oil offered. Left 20 mins after walking in with long wet messy hair. I wonder how it’s possible that so many people had a good experience. Maybe very low expectations?or maybe I was very very very unlucky on that day?"
