"I took my son for a haircut here and a new lady who I hadn’t seen in there before cut his hair… after asking at the outset for her to keep as long as possible / don’t take too much length off, I noticed that she was taking quite a bit off but stupidly didn’t say anything. I was very disappointed with the cut, the back was uneven, looked hacked into and the fringe wasn’t cut at all. I decided to take my son back in the week later after returning from a few days away and explained my disappointment. The same lady reluctantly offered to rectify however was quite clearly annoyed at having to do so. He attitude completely changed, she was quite rough with the comb and began soaking my sons head with the spray, even though he quite clearly was becoming upset and tried to make him wear the cape, even though I said it was fine without. I suggested she stop if she didn’t want to rectify her horrendous haircut but she carried on. Taking even more length off! My 2 year old son had never got upset in the hairdressers before, he used to look forward to going as they have a little book corner. Safe to say I will NEVER be retuning to this hairdressers and will be telling friends to stay away. I wonder if she is even qualified!"

"Good little family hairdresser. Very child friendly. We have taken our little one for here for this first few cuts. The hairdresser Stacey was great at making our child feel comfortable during his cut. We then asked for her again a second time. They have a considerable size play area for kids which is great"
