"The staff were all really nice and I enjoyed my consultation experience. However, I really didn't like the haircut and it was clear the staff and I were not on same page. I tried to access the internet to show them instagram pictures but there was no service in their salon and no wifi to pull these up. I told the hairdresser I didn't really like the cut and he just explained to me why I should without really offering any solutions. I did get overcharged for the haircut initially but once I informed them of the error, they were quick to reimburse me."

Dorota, my colourist was amazing! She sat down with me and talked me through the whole process and kept me informed throughout. Dorota is very knowledgeable, skilled and was very honest about what she will be able to achieve regarding the end result. (I wanted to remove the red colour from my hair which can be quite tricky.)
