"Couldn't ask for better treatment from Kaffi, one of the best hairdressers in Hackney. The salon is always busy because of Kaffi. Due to her, we are prepared to wait because we know that we will walk out looking so much better than when we walked in! I haven't had a better hairdresser since Enid's used to be on Lower Clapton Rd E5, many years ago. Keep up the good work Kaffi."

"Worst hair salon by far. I came here to get simple cornrows with my natural hair and they charged me £30. You can tell they're Nigerians by the way they overpriced their service. Avoid at all costs"

"I had an appointment and was seen 45 minutes later than my appointment time, which wasn’t a good start. Then sat there for near three hours without conversation from staff who continued to watch aTV programme. I mentioned to the stylist that my hair was loose and she took no notice. After she finished the shop owner took over by sealing my hair and I even as led her to hair more of the hair and not just the ends. She replied, “I will put moose in my hair as well. She never even trimmed off the frayed hair. I paid and left the store only to see that my hair was coming out. When I returned to the shop and showed the manager she proceeded to tidy my extensions, with the least of effort. I was very unhappy and told them so even though the barber on the premises shouted at me for no reason, they thought his behaviour was acceptable. KMT. I have no faith in this hairdresser and I wouldn’t recommend their service to any one."

"I called very late and asked if I would be able to do box braids late in the night and the hairdresser said that's fine. She stayed very late doing my braids; she has really really fast hands and my braids were completed in no time at all. They were exactly the way I wanted them and I was even charged a cheap rate. I left feeling happy and very satisfied. Definitely my go-to place now."
