"It took me so long to write a review because I had an issue with my Google account but I need to write this to prevent future customers experiencing what I did. I rang to book a blow dry and I specifically said on the phone that I had nano bond extensions, would this be ok? Etc. I was told that it would be no problem. When I got there, I had my hair washed and that was fine but when I had the actual blow dry, 6 of my hair extensions were pulled out - it was agony. I had had them for over a year and they had never fallen out before so I was pretty shocked. It was all very awkward too because I couldn’t really leave with my hair half done because I was going out, so I had to sit and endure the rest. I paid because they had given me their time but in hindsight I really shouldn’t have paid; if they’re not qualified or competent with extensions then they should never have agreed to blow dry my hair in the first place."
