"Horrible experience. Firstly, I booked an appointment and the owner rescheduled it for another day, without explanation. Secondly, upon arrival for my appointment, the lady did not seem to know about it and made me feel very unwelcome, as if I was disturbing her. She asked about the colour I want for my hair and after responding, she very pedantically told me that they do not have that specific colour (red) and that it’s my fault - that I should have called and asked beforehand. After, she reassured me that that colour will arrive later in the day and that she will call me as soon as it does, so that I can have my hair done on the day as planned. However, that call never came and the hairsalon was completely unresponsive to my own calls. I was left with bad hair days, greatly affecting my other plans. Aside from this, I definitely do not recommend this service for the rudeness and arrogance of the lady working there."
