"Finally have some time to leave this review, hope it can be helpful for people. It was probably the worst haircut i have ever had for a long time. I moved to London from Los Angeles for a short term study and found this place online. I asked for layers and fringes and I got a…..hmm I don’t know what it was. The stylist asked me to stand up straight to cut the ends of my hair to make them even. I found it very weird because I did asked for layers and I never asked to be one of those one-length bob - which is pretty much all you see on their Instagram. At first I thought ok maybe they will do the layers after, then I did see him trim some hair off but it honestly made my hair looks so much worse. Everyone has been telling me London is the worst place in the world to get a haircut I guess I’m gonna have to agree with them. If a place rated so high does this kind of job I think I’ll just wear a beanie until I go home. The people there seems chill tho, the girl washed my hair is very nice."

"I loved my experience at The Good Salon - I had my hair done by Ivan and Candice - Ivan doing the styling/cutting, and Candice doing the Caramel Balayage coloring. The process was meticulous and both were very dedicated to listening to what I was going for and getting my hair there. Candice searched for many photos for me as well to help figure out what we were going to go for before beginning the process. This is the second time I've had Ivan style (cut) my hair - both times being extremely pleased with the final result, and receiving raving compliments for literally months via Instagram, FB, etc. I highly recommend his work - he's highly talented, friendly, professional, and his family heritage of hair stylists really shows in his work. Apart from the stylists the salon is beautiful, clean, and covid-safe. The staff are always wearing masks, things ran smoothly, and I felt very comfortable throughout my experience.
