"I was going to have root colour done here as advertised on website from £42 & just went in to book & have skin test. However, I was told it would be £56, the additional £14 to have the colour rinsed out of my hair! I have never heard of an additional for this before so double-checked she didn’t mean a wash prior to treatment! I went elsewhere where I had perfect root colour (including rinsing!) for their website price of £45!"
"The best experience I've had at a hair salon in AGES! I just had an appt this morning and am thrilled. Upon arriving, I felt very taken care of, had a good Chat with my stylist, Hitomi, about what I was looking for and she understood exactly! The blonde she did on me is perfect, and for a cut, wash, colour and style I was in and out just over 2 hrs and the whole experience was only £100! Riculously good value! All the other clients there had obviously been visiting this salon for many years, everyone greeted warmly and the whole salon vibe is just so open and nice. I truly can't rave about this place enough. I feel like I've found a hidden gem."
