"I am shocked at my appointment with hair by Gerry. I booked in for half a head of highlights, wanted them natural and to blend through. They came out very streaky and when I pointed out they were streaky Gerry disagreed and then I pointed to one very obvious streak and then he says “that’s how they like it in Italy”. I was served a tea in a mug which was incredibly dirty, and my hair was washed in the bathroom sink! After expressing my disappointment to Gerry, he simply said “guess you’ll have to find someone else next time”. I still paid full price and I am looking to get my hair fixed somewhere else! I have never left a bad review for somewhere, but I would kick myself if I didn’t because I am so disappointed by my experience."

He listened to exactly what I wanted, did touch ups to get it just right, and was lovely to chat to.
