She washed my hair really well (it smells divine) then cut and blow dried it beautifully and added some gentle curls. It’s so soft and chic and so much easier to manage. Love this place !"
"Claudia was very sweet and lovely. She took time to understand what I wanted from my hair appointment. She took time to be gentle with my hair. She gave me so many helpful tips and products to use and not use for my hair type. Lovely conversation and make me feel really comfortable. Full balayage with warm tones, using the air touch making balayage really look natural. Love love the end results. Would definitely recommend for everyone. Definitely gonna be booking my next appointment with her."
"Appalling haircut and diabolical customer service. My first time at the salon and I wanted a blunt bob. Got this monstrosity. Weird, random chunks taken out at the top of my head and at the front of my hair. It was styled with a embarrassingly curly blow dry so I didn't see the full extent of the damage until I washed it a week later on Xmas eve (I wash my hair once a week and tie it up most of the time). I was shocked how awful it actually was. I knew it wasn't good because I had had a hard time even putting it up in hair tie (thanks to the bizarre and insanely short 'layers') but post-shower, it was clearly a complete mess. Complained as soon as the Xmas break was over and I'd be able to make it into the salon. I didn't get a reply for nearly three weeks, despite several emails and Instagram and Facebook messages. I only got a reply when I started commenting on social media posts. The reply was so disinterested, essentially "sorry you're disappointed but you didn't complain within a week so nothing we can do". It was the Christmas period so obviously it was unreasonable to expect I'd come into the salon in this time period, but clearly it was a company disinterested. There is no way they'd have replied to me unless I started publicly shaming them into it. I'm sure there's a bunch of great hairdressers at the salon and I'm not criticising everyone there. I'm criticising the incredibly low standard the salon sets for some of the hairdressers there, and the complete indifference to a client receiving a really awful haircut. I'll be finding a hairdressers that actually cares."
