"I was excited to get a silk press and trim at Elite however 3 weeks later I washed my hair and have experienced severe heat damage. I have used heat multiple times on my hair previously and this has never happened. Yet 1 silk press, 4 shampoos and 2 treatments later my curls have not recovered and I have been left with a head full of stringy damaged hair which is very upsetting. For the amount they charge the stylist should be better qualified to treat your strands with care. It is a real shame and I would advise anyone who values their natural hair to think twice before coming here. I really regret going to Elite for a silk press, no style justifies my hair being permanently damaged."
