"I had my hair cut last Friday by Marc at SANO and he did a fantastic job. All the staff were extremely friendly and made me feel very comfortable, and I am supper pleased with the new hair cut. Marc was great when it came to discussing the new style I wanted and made good suggestions about how to improve it to my head shape and hair. He was also just lovely to chat too and looked after me very well. Couldn't recommend this place highly enough. Thanks again, and will be coming back soon."

"I used to love this Salon and I was a regular customer for years! I also referred many customers. I had not visited Sano since pre-covid, as I have left the area. I decided to travel down for 2hours for an appointment with the colourist for a colour refresh. My hair was light brown, which took many years of gentle colouring. I explained to the colourist that I wanted an Ash Brown colour to remove the orange tones. My colourist name was Eli - he was very kind but seemed a little distracted from work. He assumed that he knew the colour I had in mind and didn't feel it was neccessary to show me the colour book. I felt very nervous and rushed so I clarified if it was an Ash Brown and explained that my new colourist usually uses 5.15 and he said YES. Disappointingly however my hair turned out pitch black (not even brown). The colour was more of a 1. I was so upset that I sat in my car and cried. I wanted to discuss the issue reasonably with the manager, without the intention of a refund but she completely dismissed me and said it was my fault for not being clear. Really disheartening and I would no longer recommend this salon as they do not seem to care for their customers."

"Love Sano! My partner and I have been going for years. Talented team of hairdressers there. Fun and laidback place to get your hair done as well. They always offer teas, coffees, and alcohol. We see Mika. They’re excellent! My partner gets his haircut a few times a month there, and I go in every few months for a cut, and colour (usually balayage). Mika always advises me when it comes to my hair. They always know what will work the best on my skin tone. They also do an amazing cut!"
