"I had a lovely appointment with Tatyana. She was very welcoming and warm, gave me a very relaxing head massage while washing my hair, and made it look soft, shiny and bouncy for my evening. I also loved the hot water bottles provided both at the washing and the styling station, such a nice touch. A thoroughly relaxing and happy experience!"

"I had arrived in London 12 hours later than planned after a cancelled flight and a missed luggage. I was tired and disappointed and needed a change to feel refreshed. Made an appointment on their online system which was straightforward and stopped by at the appointed time. Tatyana was waiting for me by the door. Her level of care and attentiveness was amazing. The wash station was at the lower floor in a very pleasant cozy room. She put a blanket on me and massaged my hair very nicely while giving it a wash. She listened to what I wanted and brought out the best in my hair. She told me she would message me later with the right products that I should use for my graying hair (and she did). Overall a very much needed relaxing and refreshing experience after a not-so-pleasant 24 hours stranded in different airports around the world."

My colour correction was quite complicated, and the time and effort she put in to making sure the final result was exactly the right colour and texture was beyond impressive. She planned every stage of the colouring really carefully. I've never felt more happy and confident with my hair, Tayana has restored its life and body again with highlights that look natural and the perfect shade for my skin colour. I used to move around hairdressers without any consistency, but finally I've found somewhere that I will keep coming back to; I've already booked my next appointment!"
