"Today was my first time having a balayage done. I showed Rachel my inspiration pictures and she made them come to life. She matched the color in the picture that I wanted, which was a warm chocolatey brown with red tones that starts darker brown at the scalp and blends to get lighter at the ends. Rachel put a lot of love and hard work into my hair. The experience was very relaxing. She did an amazing job and the pictures don't do it enough justice because it looks even better in person.
