"I got black hair and also dyed black my whole life,so before deciding for a change (red fringe) I asked them if they can do it explaining them all of this.they said they definitely will,the red might not be as bright but they can do it.i was fine w this and I decided to give it a try.i paid a lot for just a little fringe first time and the result was invisible(no result at all!) they said wait 6 weeks and come back.today I had my hair coloured again, the product they used damaged my hair so bad. Without telling me it was damaged they talked me into having a really thick fringe cut in to cover it up! The colour is awful way too far from a red. The girl offered me a discount of 30% but apart that the price was too high still,now I gotta pay the price of having a hair that I don’t like,super damaged and all of the waste of money and time! Would not recommend this salon at all!"
