"The reason for one star is the receptionist who wass honest to agree with me she shouldn't be doing my hair as she has no hairdressing skills. I was disgust by the owners attitude , I take my own colour and they charge me we agreed on £25 now I was told to go in for appointment on this Sunday 7th August. 12noon , which I did yet no hairdresser was assigned to colour my hair . So very unprofessional . To be honest rude I reply what kind of hairdressers is this he then tells his receptionist do her hair its only home dye . Well there still skills to be needed in order to colour my hair to ask unskilled receptionist , just prove how bad this place is running . With incompetence owner and staff . Unprofessional indeed . One star was the receptionist kindly offered me tea she she knew I was angry . Looking at reviews on here how some customers hair was messed up . I decided to run out from this Unprofessional so called hairdressers , and go to hobs in southgate where they greeted me and without appointment my hair was seen to by such lovely staff and my colour was done at hobs hairdressers , they charge me £25 and did colouring as I expected . Hobs is place for me treated with dignity and professional. How hair business's should be if you looking for great colour ,style attentive hairdressers ,trust me glow is the worse hairdressers , I seen and I used to model hair for top hairdressers in my younger days . I know what to expect from hairdressers . With this attitude this salon will not survive too long . Their have no customs skills at all I felt I walked into some village hairdressers from Turkey who had no clue how treat a customer . Their cutting skills are bad and their blowing ,matter of fact their in the wrong businesss . But I'm speaking, the truth . Dont waste your money better to go to to well known hairdressers to get what you deserve . Worse experience im glad I walked out b4 they ruin my hair. Like I said there is lot of ignorance in this so called glow more like the disaster hairdressers hairdressers rubbish."
