"Would not go back and do not recommend. It was not what I asked for and is uneven at the front. The layers are nice but the front makes me want to cry. Please see photos for my uneven front. The salon was not very clean and just overall bad atmosphere. I have been to Gusto’s branch in Covent Garden which is 1000x nicer, better stylists and friendlier. I cannot believe the difference is quality."

"Recently my friend took me to the most amazing hair salon in Central London. I decided to try something new and had my best ever balayage. The hairdresser was so very precise and went down with all the details and my color ended up looking great! She consistently checked to make sure I was happy with how my color looked. The salon itself was also full of charming decor and exuded a really cozy, relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended!"

"Nice hairdressers asked to keep the length and add face framing layers and ive got alot of hair chopped off around my whole head that I now have to style can't just leave it so a bit annoyed at that but gorgeous blow dry"

"The most exceptional salon I've come across and this is not hyperbole. Been looking for a new salon since I moved over from the States, on my third attempt I found Gusto thanks to tip from a local. Cannot say enough positives things about them. Best in class on colours (had an extreme colour correction done) Unbelievable value (central London?) As the above, as central as you can get, just adjacent with the famed Oxford Street This salon group should get more praise for what they offer, nonetheless a big bravo from me."

"I honestly had the worst experience with an hairdresser ever at gusto. I have left the shop with a red/purple regrowth, burned hair because of the strong heat used on my hair, the hairdryer was basically touching my hair all the time, I asked for a super straight fringe and ended up with an horrible cut fringe with long bits all over and to add on I had to style and straight my own fringe as they wouldn't know how to do it. My hair were not washed properly and left heavy and greasy even though I had to have 2 shampoo as the first time the tint wasn't rinsed properly. Honestly I would not have paid ven 10£ for this service. I feel I have been robbed."
