"Customer service is absolutely disgusting. Booked appointments for our 2 daughters (16&17) and upon their arrival were rudely told that 'we don't do students' and told to go a few shops along to 'Harry'. We hadn't booked a student cut and fully expected to pay the going rate which was discussed at time of booking. Unfortunately they went by themselves and found the whole experience shocking. I phoned Foam and they repeated several times ' that we don't do students - goodbye'.. literally didn't give me time to speak. Our friend used to have a chair here and my wife has had her hair cut on a number of occasions (albeit a few years back) - needless to say we wont be giving them our custom again"
