My hairdresser Monica is one of the senior Directors, and she was absolutely brilliant. She listened to what I wanted for my cut and colour and did an awesome job, I love it, definitely going back!! "I can't wrap my head around why there are so many bad ratings! I had a wonderful experience getting my hair cut here. I was cutting off over 15 inches for charity and was extremely nervous, but everyone there was super reassuring, they talked me through styles they thought would look good for full, frizzy hair to avoid looking like a lego man and they listened to what I wanted and advised accordingly. Everyone in the staff was super lovely, and the prices were very reasonable! Will definitely be going back!"

"I have never written a review of a hairdressers before but I felt that it was important to. I started coming into Rush because of the lovely receptionist Nicola who was extremely kind to me, one day when I came in with a screaming toddler. I started getting my hair done there because of the Nicola and her friendly nature. A girl called Shya did my hair who turned out to be Nicola's daughter and she was brilliant. She made considerable effort with my daughter who has sensory issues and struggles with being touched. She made her feel comfortable and after many visits she successfully cut her hair which had not been possible anywhere else. So in the end both my children ( age 8 and 3) and myself all ended up being regulars at Rush. It was a massive relief to be able to go there and feel confident that my little girl would be happy getting her hair cut and not freak out. I really appreciate everything these two girls have done for me but I have not seen Nicola around much recently so I wondered what happened to her because she was the friendly face in reception when you walked in and the reason I became a regular there. Shya is a fab hairdresser and I massively appreciate everything she has done for us. My kids love her and she has always done an amazing job on my hair. I just wanted to write this as I have had such a good experience."

"Giuseppe cut my hair and I left the salon really pleased. He was really friendly and gentle when washing and cutting my fine knotty hair (have you had someone rough cut your hair and shove your head around!? Its not cool.) A month on my hair cut is styling well and I will definitely go back. Great 50% off deal for new customers and then you are given a loyalty card giving you more discounts and free treatments for following appointments. Really nice staff and relaxed feel."
