I went for an auburn colour which hair stylists find hard to match usually but Leyla got the exact shade I needed! My hair was then washes and styled beautifully. I am so happy with the results! "I did my blow dry here today and they couldn’t have messed it up anymore! My fringe hair are sticking out and it’s looking ridiculous. When asked them to fix it, after 3 attempts she gave up saying “it’s baby hair and there’s nothing we can do about it” Like seriously? I’ve had my hair blow dried at least 100 times and never had this issue. Pure incompetence to send me away after 1 hour of blow dry and making me look so ridiculous! I have a client meeting tomorrow and I’m now googling ways to fix my hair after spending my time and money in a salon. Laughable."
