Chelsea they overcharge and manipulate customers randomly , it is own by an old man called Vinny who we find very odd and unpleasant .when my sister approched him for overcharging and ruining her hair he told her to leave the salon in threatening behaviour , she left never to come back again avoid this skin and pedicure place at all cost ..."

"Hidden gem in Chelsea! Erdem transformed my hair to colour I have been wanting for a while, all copper colour disappeared! He also explained after care for my hair! The bleach and colour he used is all ammonia free. Very professional and friendly, will definitely recommend and I will be going back there for sure!"

"A complete rip-off for the wrong haircut. First, I waited for one hour, my appointment had been forgotten. Then I asked for the most suitable cut for my face type and was advised to get a simple middle-length haircut with long layers. I agreed because my hair is naturally very straight, so I need to have the bottom part lightened, otherwise it’s too heavy and turns flat as a pancake. Although I was told I’d get the layers, I was left with a *blunt* middle-length cut. By the time I got home 30 minutes later, all the waves had already fallen down. Gone. My fringe is a also a bit difficult to style and instead of doing something to manage it, I got a ridiculous amount of hair spray which didn’t help at all. I paid £90 and I now need to wash my hair at home and *try* to style it myself. I don’t mean to point fingers at all with this feedback or do any harm to the business - hence why I won’t say names. The guy who cut and did my hair was very lovely to me and I could tell he’s an expert in his field, but he was *clearly overbooked* and he didn’t seem to get much help from other colleagues (who also seemed too busy). I’m sure he did the best he could with the little time he got. However, I think it’s fair to warn whoever might be considering Vinny’s and reading this. For £90, I’d expect a much, much higher quality of the service."
