"Disastrous. Went there for highlights and cut & blowdry. Specifically required no bleach: ended up with bleached highlights, full head instead of half; bad cut and seriously damaged hair. Had to ask the stylist to rince out earlier as they left me processing too long. Total lack of professionalism . Had to get my hair fixed by my regular highly skilled hairdresser. Stay away from them."
