"I didn't enjoy my time here. The hairdresser was rough with my head. I look forward to the shampooing as a relaxing experience - it was not! Very rough and rushed. I am OK with not having a massive conversation but this was so impersonal, I don't think she even asked how are you. She spent the whole time talking to her colleague very loudly right next to my ear which was also unpleasant. The keratin treatment was fine, nothing special but I can't speak on this too much as this was my first experience with this treatment. Offered no aftercare advice, when I asked I was just told to blowdry it, nothing else about products or anything. £100 not well spent."

They made sure I was comfortable every step of the way, I previously showed them a picture of the look I wanted and they matched it, if not outdid it.
