"A few times they have misquoted price and overcharged at the point of payment. DO NOT use their on the day blow dry service as they will over charge. End up paying more and you’ll feel pressured into paying at the till. Several other hairdressers in West Hampstead offer much better service and work with integrity - so beware of HOB!"

"I had an amazing experience today! Everyone seem so nice inside. Lizzy was so nice and she looked after me very well. I did olaplex treatment, blow-dry with a wave. My hair was stunning at the end of the treatment, result was even nicer than what I had in mind ( especially its my birthday and going to a dinner party in the evening) Thank you so much lizzy for your amazing treatment I am so happy with my hair and can't wait for my next appointment with you. "If i could give it more stars i would!! we've all done it and taken matters into our own hands ... well that was me this morning... my hair was a hot orange mess ...as i was !! greeted by Sonia (the salon manager) who took me to one side and sat me down as i confessed all ... i cannot begin to tell you how kind Sonia and her team Bryn and Jenna were to me ... To say they went above and beyond is an understatement and needless to say i left a short time later orange free and with big smile on my face. i had no appointment and was immediately accommodated...A little kindest goes along way and its rare these days but your sure to find it at HOB west hampstead along with a fabulous team that will make you feel welcome, look after you an do a fabulous job with your hair, ensuring you leave feeling happy with your result.
