"I used to go to this salon about 10 years back when Lorraine worked there and I decided to go back again last weekend to have my hair put up for a Christening seeing as I live local. When I made my appointment I was asked to pop a week before to show the stylist what I would like. When I called in, Paris had a look at the style I wanted to go for which was perfect for the dress I was going to be wearing, Paris was very honest and advised that my hair wasn’t quite long enough to recreate the look exactly however is was still doable (I didn’t want to down the hair extension root). On the morning of my appointment I was the first and only one in the salon which was nice as it was really early, I was made to feel very welcome. Paris done amazing job on my hair, it held up for most of the day too. I would definitely recommend this salon."

"THESE PEOPLE KNOW HOW TO TAKE THE P**S..!!!!! I was booked in to see Victor for my hair as usual. Whilst doing my hair in time booked for me, he saw two other customers plus then if that wasn't enough, another one of his buddies pops in without an appointment and "squeezes" him in as well!! Considering he usually sees nobody without an appointment this was quite a turnaround. Not only did I end up waiting unnecessarily for well over an hour and a half but whilst I would not have minded usually it was the blatant cheek of it that got me really quite upset. He was blatantly using time allocated to me to squeeze in 3 other clients and as I had just flown back from the far east that afternoon, I was tired and jet lagged, which i advised him of from the outset of the session. Once finally completed Victor and the owner Chris apologized several times and offered me a tub of hair gel ex gratia. Not to make much of a fuss I immediately forgave the episode and decided to give Victor my usual tip and said no problem I will be back. I shook hands with them both. I called today to make an appointment and Chris says that I have to see Paris to have my hair done as Victor will not be doing my hair anymore. What a cheek and audacity??? It was my good and forgiving nature (that forgave a blatant insult and respect for a clients time) resulting in me calling in for an appointment. I told Chris immediately I will be taking my business elsewhere..!! UNBELIEVABLY CHEEKY BEHAVIOUR!!!!"

"Victor is the best hairdresser I have come across. You tell him what you want and that's exactly what he does, and he knows what will look good on you. It took me a long time to find a decent hairdresser and I only get my hair done here. All the staff are very friendly and I love that they have small tv's by every seat. I could not recommend this salon enough!"
