"Hello, so today I had come in for a basic wash, cut and blow dry. When I first came in there was noone at the reception. It was only untill I locked eyes with someone did they come around, (might I add, she seemed to be messing with her own hair at the time) The young lady who served me was welcoming and asked me how she could help and I asked if it was possible for a wash cut and blow dry today. She quickly took my details and asked to take my belongings. I gave her my stuff and asked for the price. She had turned and said £80. I did make a comment saying like holy moly but continued with the cut. Mustafa (I asked after my cut) was friendly enough, listened to my request and continued with the following. I did get a cup of tea with was nice but nothing else to go with it. Unfortunately I am increadibally let down with the price... £80 for someone to wash cut and blow dry my hair? I should've done it at home. I just question why are you charging so much when other places are doing it for half the price? I thank the staff for cutting my hair I just think you need to review your prices and maybe your order of service. I'd come again if it weren't soo expensive. Charlie. Xxx"
