ELLEN truly looked after me; I felt listened to and understood by someone who loves their practice and their customers. It was refreshing to be in the care of a skilled, experienced and focused hairdresser. She made sure we were on the same page at all times, explaining what she could do against what I wanted. The end result was WOW. She even dried my unruly, curly hair into incredibly smoothed ringlets that held their bounce for days. I think she may be a genius. In all, it boosted my poorly depleted confidence. I will definitely return."
