"Such a friendly lady who done my blow-dry. HOWEVER the curls completely fell out of my hair within 30 minutes of leaving the salon leaving my hair looking terrible. I was having my engagement party that day and ended up rushing around at home trying to redo the curls myself. My mum had the exact same experience. What an absolute waste of money, I might as well have thrown £60 down the drain. Really not happy!!"

Staff were highly knowledgeable about what would work with my hair and were very patient with me as we worked together to get the colour right.
