"Took my 12 year old for his first "proper" haircut. He wanted a Joao Felix cut which Fred more than delivered! Fred was patient, listened carefully and is clearly passionate about what he does. My son is finally over the fear of getting his hair cut and is so happy! Added bonuses are friendly staff that offered drinks, a beautiful space and the most gorgeous dog! Highly recommend this gem of a salon and we will certainly be back! Thanks guys"

His attention to detail, his artistic flair, his hairdressing skills and the way he treats each client as so important together with his quiet, unassuming charm is a hard act to beat. "I do not recommend it. Run away from this place. Went to the salon for the first time to colour my hair and it was the worst experience ever. My hair was tugged while were drying it and the cable was hanging around my face. Day after a few friends told me I have lighter (noticeable) hair from the front. I contacted the salon and they offered to come to fix it. Two days after that my hair become yellow.... so again I contacted the salon and was asked again to attend it. After the third visit when I had to listen, it is normal and it happens, and no one can help me, I left the place with purple hair feeling devastated and lacking in believing I have been just treated this way. Eventually refund was suggested to me, however not all the amount as the salon kept half for some additional charges. Of course I need to spend now much more to fix ma hair."
"Brilliant find! Thankfully the train was suspended as i sat on the bus homebound I noticed this gem. Booked in a week later for a hair colour n cut, so happy i did. The service is very personal. They care for your needs, offer you hot drinks and are welcomed by the most beautiful dog Skye. I highly rate this salon and will definitely return. Its nice to finally find a place with integrity, a warm buzz and a great colour n cut."
