"Never again would I step foot inside here. Hostile environment thanks to the owner Amaan; who knows absolutely nothing about customer service and how to speak to customers. Instead, he favours hostility and maintains a reckless and tempestuous streak, not something to do when working amongst people. Also, I wouldn’t ever book with any of the junior stylists again. Keean White took off my beard completely. Nightmare. What can you do though? No shot am I returning. Menspire has really let their brand down, I’m not surprised barbers keep leaving, I think I’ve had 5 different barbers during my time at Menspire Watford. Wouldn’t recommend. Won’t return."

"Travelled 45 minutes, with a head of outgrown hair. Booked my appointment with Callum, both staff present had a great welcoming attitude. Sat down, Callum asked what my goal is, he listened carefully and delivered an absolute professional quality haircut and taper fade. During the haircut he was making strategic cuts to suit my hairstyle and head shape for symmetry and perfection. Callum had a great eye for detail and he definitely holds the values as a perfectionist. In short; Callum holds great pride in his skills and work and is great at what he does. Kaine"

"I have previously used this company to cut my hair and been very impressed by the value for money they provide with the quality of their hair cuts. And while the quality of the hair cuts is still excellent, the quality of the service has rapidly deteriorated. There is a TV in the corner of the room, presumably for the people waiting to watch while they pass the time. However, this is now solely for the distraction of the staff. I was booked onto a half hour cut and style and it started 5 minutes late because the stylist was watching TV while he did the cut. Eventually, I had my turn at a haircut and the stylist was watching the television while doing my hair, to the extent that I was only facing the mirror at the front when the stylist needed to do the right side of my head, because that way he could watch TV at the same time. This led to my haircut going over by 15 minutes, making my supposedly half an hour hair cut last 50 minutes and making me late back from my lunch break. In addition, during the initial consultation I was asked what I wanted and upon explanation, the stylist gave their opinions and said they thought their idea would look better. I thanked them but said I still wanted my initial haircut. The haircut proceeded, and by the end (when I could see the mirror) I noticed the barber had gone with their choice over mine. I asked for it to be rectified and spent quite a while trying to explain to the barber what I wanted because they didn't seem to understand the problem. Despite the fact that I have used this barber for a few months I will not be returning due to the abyssmal quality of the service I received."
