"Recently had an ear infection i phoned the surgury and was fitted in from a cancellation. I was examined by the triage nurse then given appropiate medication ,however next day after working a night shift the pain was still there after calling at surgery at 8,10 am i was given advice etc on how to control the pain etc abd receptionist said would look into it for me win in 10 mins i received a txt as requested from the receptionist WHAT A FANTASTIC TEAM keep up the great work you are doing under emense pressure once again many THANKS ROBERT BOWNS"
