"Absolutely shocking customer service by this branch manager. How this store stays open is beyond me. Dreadful service from start to finish. It’s well known in the local area local tradesman only use this branch as an absolute last resort. Much more helpful staff and stores in Chester that are actually interested in helping you. Mr branch manager you want to get a job elsewhere as your putting the decent workers jobs at risk. Continually been patronising to our young office staff too when they try to call in.. Absolute disgrace. Stay well clear of this place"
