"Very pleasant atmosphere, extremely clean area and you are greeted very warmly on arrival and seated almost immediately! I take my time before writing reviews but I cannot recommend this salon enough, every time I go I get consistent, quality service. Linny is amazing and extremely talented, she takes her time to make sure your wig is laid properly whilst caring for your edges and puts so much love into styling it ( this can actually be seen on the wigs displayed). Dona on the other hand saved my natural hair that was damaged from another establishment. She’s so skilled and very professional always advices accordingly. I’m happy to say this is the only salon I trust to deal with my hair as their extensive knowledge, skills and customer service is truly unmatched"

"I recently had such an amazing experience with the head stylist / owner who took my order very professionally and I received the most amazing hair within days! I was transformed, everyone is asking me where my wig is from (even on the noisy central line) and I was happy to show them her IG page. I had purchased the same wig years ago and she now makes it even more lush and with the most attention to its natural looking closure. Honestly what I ordered is what I got and her customer service was gracious. The salon really is beautiful as she had me come in and personally styled my hair to perfection. "I wish I could give zero star I did not want to leave a review but I will to save someone else the time and money. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever received it took over 1 month to receive my wig, I called and sent numerous emails and she wouldn’t respond or keep you up to date on what is going on with my order she would not communicate or let me know if there’s a delay which is very unprofessional, I am not sure I am spending so much money on buying her wigs for her not to communicate, I received the wig and here is a picture of how it was constructed it was badly made so much space in between and a black thread for a blonde hair I truly don’t understand why she would not take her time to make it as she did for Toni Tone. When I put it on you could see the black thread showing and it’s horrible honestly. So I contacted her again regarding the wig she said she will re-construct it or remake it and I did posted over to her and just for me to get a response back asking if she’s received the week by post no response until a few days later she told me she was going to post it which she never did I ended up emailing her over 5 times to response so I gave up and then I sent 2 emails stating I do not want the wig anymore and I want my refund instead, as it’s not worth the hassle not the best quality either she did not take a time to make properly so please please please save your money and don’t waste your time ordering from this person because you would just have a hard time getting in contact I get in any sort of communication back. DO NOT BOTHER PURCHASING."
