"AVOID DISGUSTING SERVICE - update provided Worst eyelash experience in my lifetime. Please avoid utilising this beauty service at all costs even if you are desperate. I usually go to experienced professionals for my eyelash extensions who have provided stellar customer service and ensured that my lashes remain healthy, I made the whim of visiting this shop based on a misguided recommendation which I now deeply regret. Lash technician has poor technique and does not care about the condition of your lashes and failed to give any form of a refund as means of appropriate courtesy. The cost of £60 should not be deemed as a bargain because it was indeed a £15 job on the basis of technique. During the application she failed to put the lash tape on appropriately which led to both of my eyes nearly being glued shut and not placed appropriately and also removed some of my bottom lashes due to being incorrectly placed. She also applied too much glue on one of my eyes which led to a burning sensation during application and on-going burning there in after where I have ongoing discomfort. This is the LAST time I’ll ever entrust lash extensions with an unprofessional like this. Please don’t be misguided by how beautiful the final look is - this is still at the merit of poor/disgusting technique and probable damaged lashes. Not once did the lash technician offer a discount and she proceeded to gaslight me that the aforementioned is normal and that she has years of experience. Not once did she apologise and proceeded to make me look crazy in front of her colleagues and the one who recommended me to the shop. AVOID this shop at all costs - it is not worth it. I will be removing my lashes in due course in which I have wasted my money and put my real lashes at risk. I wish I could give this service 0. UPDATE - 01/03/23 I had revisited this salon prior initially with an intent to remove my lashes to prevent leaving a harsh review - I was advised against this and told that the burning sensation I had was normal and I was left to feel like a nuisance and difficult customer by Najma. As of 28/02 and only a week after having these lashes sited - I have removed my false eyelashes at another trusted lash technician who I will now only go to moving forward. Upon advice from an experienced lash technician, I had to get my lashes urgently removed. During the removal the lash technician explained that there was too much glue which led to a difficult removal and there were also several individual lashes that were stuck to at least three/two lashes at a time - which would have led to bald patches if my natural lashes were to have shed or I had kept them for a month. I am DISGUSTED by the treatment I had at Dees. My bottom eyelashes were nearly entirely destroyed when she removed some by accident, I also believe my natural lashes were left scanty when I had my original false eyelashes which I had done professionally at Leeds removed before applying the new ones at Dees. DO NOT go here for individual lashes or removal - you will be left with damaged lashes and POOR customer service. I wish I had not paid for such a service or for this to have been managed appropriately by Najma/management to avoid having to put up such a harsh review for the public eye. I’m sure this shop is okay for eyebrows but please don’t trust or recommend them for anything else."

"Not going back here again honestly the staff are so rude and up themselves ! I sat waiting for a piercing change for 35 mins in between this time the “only lady” that does it saw to like 3 other clients that just walked in and walked over to her while they ALL new , btw there was at least 6 workers and they ALL new I was sitting there ! And when I mentioned it it was like ok ok ok trying to fob it off honestly I got so so so frustrated I was in that shop for nearly an hour for a 5 minute job ! What a joke"

"I told them I wanted curtain bangs and short hair and also to wash and blowdry my hair. They gave me feathers and the length was too short. Wouldn’t recommend this hair shop to anyone"

"I got my 11-year-old daughter's hair cut here, where she had nice long hair and I asked for her hair to be washed and then cut, I went to go and pick up her uniform and they said I could go then come back and when I did her hair was cut more than to half its length and they had messed up her fridge by making it too short. my daughter wanted curtain bangs and all they did was cut two long pieces to her eyebrow length. the people here are rude and untrained. I was still made to pay £30 and had to take her to another shop just to fix this mess. onto of all this when my daughter began to cry because of her hair they kept saying how it was her fault because she kept moving. which is ridiculous. even when they got shampoo in her eyes they yelled at her for sitting up and taking her head out of the washing station to wipe her eye. they even whens so far as to call her dramatic. I will never go here again!!!"
