"The staff was very nice to me and friendly but the work is terrible af . She only dif my cuticles cuz I asked I assume . Shape of the nails are not even , nail polish is not filled evenly some spots are missing and nail polish spills are just kept like that , spills werent even wiped out before putting in uv , It was like trying to get the work done quickly but not efficiently. Only thing I would appreciate is the staff was nice to me , apart from that waste of money ."

She listened and tried to cater to my preferences, was very accommodating and made me feel comfortable and we had a lovely conversation that made time fly by - honestly can tell she's a professional at what she does. "i had an event to go to so i booked in for nails lashes and a pedicure. i am so pleased with the service i received. bon is a talented nail tech she even asks what outfit your wearing so the nails will compliment your outfit. i have tried so many places for lashes bon bons beauty by far the best place i’ve tried lashes looked so fluffy i’ve been getting so many compliments. my pedicure was so relaxing my toe nails were shaped perfectly and painted immaculately. do not hesitate to try bon bons beauty you won’t regret it. x"

"I had my lashes and nails done at bon bons beauty couldn’t be more happier with the treatment and service. The staff members were so polite. I was unsure of what colour I wanted my nails she was so patient and helped me pick out the colour and design. The Russian volume lashes are so worth it they are full and fluffy what I received is exactly what I wanted so happy with the outcome. I am now a regular customer wouldn’t go anywhere else. "I see why many people are commenting that the staff are rude. I cannot say that they were rude with me but the lady that did my nails was just doing her job without trying to satisfy the customer. At no point did she ask me if I was happy with the shape or length of my nails, which by the way I wasn't, but did not say anything because I could sense that she just wanted to finish and go home. Not rude but surely unwilling and unfriendly. I was not satisfied with what she did with my nails, they all had different shape so I had to file them when I got home and I will definitely not be going back."
