"This place used to be called Bhueti and they recently changed their name. I’m going to tell you exactly why - they ruined my hair (and I’m sure many others). I had perfect virgin hair and the hair stylist completely burnt my hair. It’s been over a year and it still hasn’t recovered. I even went in a day before to make sure they knew what they were doing and promised me it was good to go. The following day I returned, excited to dye my hair, and was ready. As soon as they dyed my hair, blow dry AND treatment, I noticed my hair was snapping. My boyfriend noticed it as soon as I got in the car and he noticed my hair just looked a lot shorter. This was because of the burning in my hair and the products used. They should not have dyed my hair, if they didn’t know how to, and a year later, I am suffering. I use hair masks, oils and natural treatments to get my hair back but it will NEVER be the same. This is the worst place and if you care about your hair. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT BOOKING WITH THEM. They changed their name for a reason!!"

"This is my regular for mani/pedi and hair, always met with a high standard of service, patience and warmth by everyone who works here (and I’m a pretty fussy customer!). They do gelX/Apres nails too but have a great range of other options and have used them to style my hair for weddings and events as well as for my standard cut/blow dry. Always love it and keep coming back!"

"Awful place, some of the staff are lovely but one is extremely rude and unprofessional and made me feel SO uncomfortable, and the salon was dirty with old nail clippings on the table and the roof dripped all over me. Half my nails fell off after 24 hours. I was told the member of staff I had a bad experience with was on trial and was no longer at the business but I can see from the most recent reviews on Treatwell this was a lie. Absolutely no apology given by anyone for my awful experience. I have now been chasing a refund for over a month. The salon themselves refused to give me an full refund. Booked through Treatwell and even Treatwell can’t get in touch with them for a refund!"
