The beautician was very knowledgeable and she listened to my concerns, as I have a lot of lower back issues, she was very delicate avoided the areas I asked to not touch. I had a lot stress concentration in my shoulders and neck and she made it all go away it was unbelievable, I highly recommend this place!"

"Steer clear of this place. My friend bought me a voucher but I was away for several months of the time in which it was valid. The voucher expired and when I asked to extend it, they flat out refused. There was no flexibility there whatsoever and the manager couldn't really give ma any reason for refusal except that it wasn't policy. The manager was extremely rude and I would not recommend buying vouchers from this place. The £50 voucher became a donation to place who does not care about customer service."

Me and my girlfriend went for full body massages and she also had a facial at a later date and after such wonderful experiences at Indulge Pamper Relax, I just had to leave a great review. Nicole and Katie are so pleasant and kind, but most importantly, they are great at what they do. Always paying close attention to detail and giving their all to each service provided. The studio is in a clean and vibrant building, alongside other young and professional businesses. There really is a buzz about the place! The entrance to the building is right next to a delicious coffee shop that also sell smoothies and other delicacies. There is also a delicious pizza bar 30 seconds away too if you look to make a meal of the day like I enjoy doing! We always leave IPR feeling rejuvenated and well taken care of and I couldn't recommend them more. Can't wait to book again!"

"Had my facial and massage appointment here and loved every bit of my experience with Nicole. The service was great, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the ambience was very pretty and elegant. I had a hot stone fully body massage. I can’t say enough good things – pressure was perfect and she worked on my problem spots to open them up. I’ll be back for sure. Her extensive knowledge and skill are truly unmatched. As for my facial, let's just say the compliments are flooding in and I can see a vast improvement in my skin and the texture. Highly recommended!!"
