"If I could rate this place lower than one star I would. I arrived on time for my appointment, waited for at least 20 mins until the nail “artist” came back from her break, which I didn’t mind at all. I was told on the phone that the gel manicure would cost £25, which I agreed to. The nail artist did not know how to do any nail art and refused to give me tips because “it takes a lot of time.” The gel polish itself was very old and very bad quality, I went for a pastel rainbow nail look but the end result looked like the wish version of the Pinterest picture I showed for reference. And to top it all off, they tried to play the confusion game and get me to pay £35 for a “manicure” that my 7 year old nephew could have done a better job. When I stood my ground and insisted that I was told it would be £25 on the phone they backtracked and tried to get me to come back for a pedicure because they “ordered a better gel set and it should be here next week.” All in all very subpar, would absolutely not recommend wasting your time and money in this place, but a gel set and get it done at home it will be much more worth it. I am never one to usually write negative reviews or say anything less than kind to service providers but this was an absolute piss take. Please do not get scammed in this place, it really isn’t worth your visit."

"This is my local hairdressers and everytime I visit they look after me. I'm so sorry as I'm so bad with names but the lovely and welcoming female hairdresser asked what I wanted and delivered to perfection! She worked like a pro, was quick and efficient and I felt very relaxed with her as she spoke through what was going to be done based on my brief and talked me through every stage. I left feeling like I was on top of the world and I even left a tip because I was so impressed. Always professional, always kind and warm with lots of compliments that are heartfelt. This salon has a classic vibe that these new age salons don't really have giving you a full experience with lots of love! Thank you, I'll be back for sure!"

"Don't even try to book here!! Booked through Treatwell some waxing treatments at 10.30am. They called me the day before saying that they couldn't do it at that time, so I was nice and told them to move it at 12pm if they could promise to finish by 12.30 (it was a 30 min treatment), as I had my baby in day care. I'm a stay home mum and if I need an appointment in a salon I have to arrange and pay for daycare half a day. Went to the salon at 11.50am. They made me wait for 25min and then they told me that the beautician was stuck in traffic. There was one or two more beauticians in the salon doing nothing. Had to leave the salon without having any treatment done Waste of time and money"

"I've visited this salon a few times before and I used to always come out very happy with the results of my treatments (nails, hair, eyebrow shape). Until recently! I've booked an ombre + haircut with Emma who was really lovely and we kept chatting throughout the whole treatment. Sadly Emma lacks basic hairdressing skills and completely ruined my hair... instead of nice ombre I received very badly done highlights of the wrong yellow shade of blond, with thick stripes and very distinct transition lines. The cut wasn't good either, no layering or thinning out the ends - just very basic scissors cut that was not very even. When I rang the salon to complain the salon offered free correction but I completely lost faith in this salon and decided to re-do my hair somewhere else.. better pay twice then risk messing my hair up even more. Don't think I will be coming back to this salon any time soon.. the whole experience has really put me off."
