"I have been here a few times now and it has always been a hit and miss experience with staff. I don't normally write reviews because I don't have the time, but this time I feel it's a must, as its something that needs to be addressed. I understand life is tough as it is and is progressively getting worse for everyone; however, this does not mean you should make your customers feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Don't get me wrong, I can count on 1 hand a number of staff that are always genuine, polite, friendly and have good manners when I visit; but there are quite a few that make you feel like you are insignificant and just plain stupid. - If you happen to be unhappy with the work that they do, some make it seem as if you are the problem rather than listen to helpful feedback and try their best to correct the issue according to the customers concern. On the other hand, if nothing can be done by the staff to correct the issue, then the delivery on how they communicate this should always be respectful and never heated. To the grumpy staff : if you are having a bad day, please try your best not to make us feel like it is our fault. Thank youuuu :)) It's just simple common courtesy that lacks. Other than that, I can confidently say that the nail artwork/end product has always been good. What you see on social media is what you get."

"I do not recommended this place. 3 of my fingers were left bleeding, the nail tech was complaining to other staff about how long my nails were going to take, she also laughed at me multiple times. As well as that I’ve seen other people say it in the reviews and I can’t agree more, the atmosphere isn’t nice and the staff do seem like they badmouth customers in their native language. When I got there one nail tech told me one price, the other upped it. Prices were way overpriced as well. My nails ended up looking nothing like I asked for, the pattern I asked for was clearly rushed and looks unbelievably sloppy. I left the place in tears, as this was my first time getting my nails done for my birthday, and I hate them and never want to get my nails done ever again."

"Absolutely love this place. I’ve been coming for a few months now and travel from Woolwich just to get my nails done. I don’t trust anyone else to do them. Such a fantastic service and good quality work. Always open to doing the designs I want to experiment with as well."

"When it comes to my nails I just do acrylics on top of my natural nail. So finding a place with quality products is crucial for me! I’ve done my nails at this place a year ago during the entire summer and I had to stop because I never broke my nails and they would skip so many important parts that it led to them braking easily. They do walk-in service and they are very hard workers, the shop is constantly full and they work Monday to Monday! Which is not always good because they try to do their best as fast as they can it ends up sacrificing the quality of the service! I tried it again this year because they were the best ones open on a Sunday, it hasn’t lasted a week and come on those are acrylics and everyone knows that changing them in very short intervals damages your nails even more. Also, it can create the space between the detached acrylic and the nail can develop funguses and infections. It does look really good, I do appreciate the hard work of all staff and that they have a variety of colours but the quality and application of the acrylic could be better I wish the pictures could show how the acrylics are coming off"
