"I have my nails done here - Sheilac and I am always pleased with the job done - will never complain - Nora did a good job yesterday- she says she only only works on Monday and Tuesday so I will try to book her when I return. All staff are always quite friendly at Good Looks except the male hair dresser and young girl who seems to watch him cutting peoples hair - she may be an apprentice- these two seem very aloof and never smile if eye contact is made - very odd- hence only 4 stars!"

"Booked here for the first time as my usual place wasn't available. When I arrived I was given a trainee for my pedicure who was given absolutely no supervision. I had not been made aware that that was a possibility when I booked the appointment. A couple of times I had to point out what she missed bits. I gave up reminding her as it was getting ridiculous, and she didn't bother to apply any moisturiser to my feet. She took far longer than expected and then managed to smudge my polish after using the uv light, and so had to start again. A 1 hour appointment took 2 hours. The treatment room was a tatty side room with two treatment chairs crowded in. The person next to me came in after me and yet was finished well before. If I had been a trainee in her position, I would have kept half an eye on what the therapist next to me was doing, so as to make sure I didn't forget anything. Far from a luxurious experience and would never bother booking here again."
